You can exchange your parcel within 7 days after receiving your order if it is still in the condition it was received in and not worn.

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives at your nearest Pep Store to collect your parcel before it is returned.If the parcel is returned you will have 14 days to repay courier fee so your parcel can be sent back and failure to do so will result in your parcel being discarded and we will not be held responsible for retrieving your parcel.

Your order will take 7-10 working days to arrive and we do not handle emergency orders nor do express delivery.
